Banana Bay Resort & Marina is seeking Groundskeeper to maintain the outdoor areas of our property.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the outdoor areas of our property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the grounds are well-kept and visually appealing.

Duties:
- Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Utilize power tools for landscaping tasks
- Maintain garden beds and plant flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Conduct landscape maintenance including pruning and mulching
- Use hand tools for various groundskeeping activities
- Irrigate lawns and plants as needed

Skills:
- Proficiency in lawn care techniques
- Experience with power tools for landscaping purposes
- Knowledge of garden maintenance practices
- Ability to maintain and enhance the landscape
- Familiarity with groundskeeping tasks
- Skill in using hand tools effectively
- Capability to irrigate outdoor areas efficiently

Command of the English language both written and verbal. Well organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Always maintain a professional appearance and manner. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to work beyond standard hours when necessary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the guests’ needs. Ability to comprehend and follow instructions from supervisor. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one (1) year hospitality experience.
